It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.

Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so we strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance .

Cancellation Initiated by Participant:

Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your participation in the retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply, with no exceptions.

We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances, but we have incurred expenses that once paid we cannot refund. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance if you have concerns.

If you cancel within 7 days of making your reservation, we will give you a 100% refund.

If you cancel after 7 days please refer to the cancellation policy below

Up to 12 weeks before the retreat date, full refund, less $500 non-refundable deposit.

Up to 10 weeks before the retreat date, you will receive a 65% refund.

Up to 6 weeks before the retreat date, you will receive a 50% refund.

Up to 2 weeks before the retreat date, you will receive a 25% refund.

Within 2 weeks before the retreat date, there will be no refunds.

Cancellation Initiated by retreat leaders:

While we have never canceled a retreat to date, if AH Concept must cancel a retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payment to us, constituting a full settlement. AH Concept is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
